"I have a broken heart" Taj said with arms clenched, closing her eyes strongly. "I have a broken soul," Blue answered, "you wronged me." "I know I did," Taj said, "I know I did." Blue sighed. "I know why you did it, though," Blue whispered. "You have a broken heart. From before this." "My heart arrived broken," Taj said, "I don't know why." "I do. You're sensitive." "I am." "You still got something innocent in you, love. But they broke you." "They did." " You still broke me, though." "Hey!" Taj said, frowning her eyes angrily", "You broke me too." Her voice came out faint, shivery.”Let's talk about it. Just a bit.” “What is there to talk about?” Taj's voice was a broken glass.

Avoid excessive screen time and replace it with activities that nourish the body and soul: doing a sport activity that you like, writing (journaling is a great example, but any type of writing that you like, really), or things like workbooks, hobbies, passions, reading, or perhaps a good talk with a friend or a family member.
