Lullaby
Chapter 1. Lullaby The baying of the hounds carried faintly up the mountain, spiralling into the canyon where the woman – more of a girl, really – and her companion had paused. Both were scratched, cut and bruised from passing through the thick forests leading into the wash, but there was no time to tend these small wounds. She carried a child in her arms – a baby so small that it couldn’t possibly have been a burden – and the child needed feeding. While it nursed, she cast her exhausted gaze around the dry wash where they sheltered, taking in heavy, rounded boulders and walls carved smooth by the movement of water over millenia.

The Sara Chronicles: A Journey of Triumph
Chapter One: Roots in Humility In the quiet, unassuming town of Meadowville, where the sun cast long shadows on the narrow streets and dreams seemed as far away as the distant hills, Sara's story began. Zymbac Saves Christmas. Part Two.
Chapter Five. As the night wore on, the blizzard showed no signs of slowing down. Icy wind howled outside like a pack of hungry wolves, shaking the windows with its fury. Inside, little Timmy watched with growing unease as the snow piled up past the sill, sealing them inside a frozen dome.

Songs of the Silver Wizard . Top Story - December 2023.
COMPENDIUM “It is a wizard’s duty to be the armor of those who cannot wear it.” The thought struck Thaddeus as his staff of fine white birch whirled around his head. A wall of fire raced down the walls of the stone tower and incinerated the approaching siege tower full of Gothinians. Bodies tumbled twenty feet as the tower became a bonfire. The wizard found it comical that this was the moment the words of his late master bubbled to the forefront of his notedly extraordinary mind. Coddgery old kook.
