So… There’s Something I Need to Tell You
One of the most violent elements within our society is ignorance. It has the capacity to shape generations, to stir cultural prejudice, and to create fear and discrimination at the expense of those without a voice. The rise of HIV and AIDS in the 1970s, at a time when little was understood about this forthcoming pandemic, gave birth to fear and recriminations against the homosexual communities and drug users. These sub-groups were the perfect target into which society could pour their fears and distrust. These communities were seen to be the corrupting influence of acceptable social norms and became the reason for this associated disease, and so stigma towards sufferers began to take root.

Is it Better to Work Out in the Morning or Afternoon?
The other day I was having a conversation with a good friend of mine who is an early riser. She enjoys waking up early, going for a run, and having a nice breakfast before heading to work in the morning. Her alarm is set for five AM every morning to accommodate for her morning routine, which occasionally includes a yoga class or some quality time in the gym instead of on a run. Naturally, as a night owl myself, I was curious to know if there were really any real benefits to going to the gym so early in the morning because, really, why else would someone want to wake up so early in the morning?! I was surprised to learn a few great pros and cons to both cases. Take a look.

The reason? I don’t want the backlash that comes from it. Isn’t that funny? I Tried the "One Punch Man" Workout for a Week
100 Push Ups. 100 Sit Ups. 100 Squats. 10 Kilometer Run. EVERY. DAY. These are the workout guidelines for Saitama (AKA One Punch Man) the bald protagonist of One Punch Man, who wields godlike powers that allow him to destroy virtually any enemy, in especially violent fashion, with a single punch. Created by the mysterious manga author ONE, One Punch Man is a satirical take on the cliches of popular superhero manga like Dragon Ball Z and Naruto. Despite the original intent of parody, One Punch Man has found a surge of popularity that has launched it to the same Triple-A status as the titles it satirizes, complete with its own anime series streaming on Netflix. For those familiar with the lore, Saitama is an average looking, bald man who might just be the most powerful being in the universe, thanks to his trusty regimen of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run every day for 3 years WITHOUT REST. Allegedly, this workout routine can give you the power to fight androids, cyborg animals, monsters, space aliens, kaiju, and other colossal titans with just ONE PUNCH. I decided to try it for a week and see if this routine could help me give Goku a run for his money (That's a Dragon Ball Z reference for those of you who aren't nerdy), and this is what happened.

4 Ways on How to Relax
Most of us are out working our 9-5 and not giving any thought on what we are doing to our bodies when we are working ourselves a lot, especially when we're always on the go and never really sitting down. Sometimes we don't even know it but our bodies are literally screaming for us to stop being on the go and just sit down for half a second and just not move. So always being on the go once it comes to my job I have found ways to not only relax and give my body a rest, but also give my mind a bit of a rest. I am going to share these tips with you so that hopefully both your body and mind can take it easy for a while.
